DurHack (Durham University\'s 24-hour hackathon) has opened sign-ups! It will be taking place on 4th-5th November, and CompSoc are planning on organising a weekend trip to Durham to attend it!
Tickets are free and open to all, and there will be free food, internship/grad. opportunities, prizes, stash and more! Students of all experience levels will come together in teams of up to four to create their own project. DurHack is all about learning something new, so everyone is welcome! (Learn more at durhack.com)We are hoping to get all costs reimbursed for the event to be completely free for you all, however if not, the trip might cost you between £0-£20 (that would include all the transport, food, etc). We will be setting out at roughly 7am in the morning of 4th November, having lots of fun at Durhack and returning to Lancaser in the evening on the 5th of November.
